The listings page is where you can manage, search, edit, and view everything related to your inventory that is connected through the marketplaces synced to Flashpricer.
Search Bar
- Starting at the top left, you have the search bar. You can search for terms such as the SKU, Sales Channel item ID, and Title.
Filter
- To the right, you will find the filter box. You can filter by any of the following:
API data incorrect:
- This filter allows you to see products for which there may be an issue with the data being received from the marketplace API. This could include issues such as missing information or data that is not up-to-date.
Archived on channel:
- This filter allows you to see products that have been archived on the marketplace channel.
At max price:
- This filter allows you to see products that are currently listed at the maximum price that you have set for them in Flashpricer. This can be helpful if you want to make sure you are not over-pricing your products.
At min price:
- This filter allows you to see products that are currently listed at the minimum price that you have set for them in Flashpricer. This can be helpful if you want to make sure you are not under-pricing your products.
Buy box suppressed:
- This filter allows you to see products for which the Buy Box has been suppressed on the marketplace channel.
Deleted on channel:
- This filter allows you to see products that have been deleted on the marketplace channel.
Error on channel:
- This filter allows you to see products for which there may be an error or issue on the marketplace channel. This could include issues such as the product being incorrectly listed or not appearing as it should.
FBA/WFS listings:
- This filter allows you to see products that are fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or Walmart (WFS). This can be helpful if you want to specifically target these types of products for analysis.
FBM listings:
- This filter allows you to see products that are fulfilled by the merchant (FBM). This can be helpful if you want to specifically target these types of products for analysis.
In buy box:
- This filter allows you to see products that are currently in the Buy Box on the marketplace channel.
In stock:
- This filter allows you to see products that are currently in stock on the marketplace channel.
Manual cost overrides:
- This filter allows you to see products for which the cost has been manually overridden in Flashpricer.
Missing cost:
- This filter allows you to see products for which the cost is not currently available in Flashpricer.
Negative profit:
- This filter allows you to see products for which the current price is less than the cost. This means that selling the product at its current price would result in a negative profit margin.
No competition:
- This filter allows you to see products for which there are currently no competitors on the marketplace channel.
No min price:
- This filter allows you to see products for which there is no minimum price set in Flashpricer.
No strategy assigned:
- This filter allows you to see products for which no repricing strategy has been assigned in Flashpricer.
Not buy box eligible:
- This filter allows you to see products for which the product is not currently eligible to appear in the Buy Box on the marketplace channel.
Not in buybox:
- This filter allows you to find products that are not currently in the Buy Box.
Out of stock:
- This filter allows you to find products that are currently out of stock.
Repricing disabled:
- This filter allows you to find products that have repricing disabled.
Repricing enabled:
- This filter allows you to find products that have repricing enabled.
Repricing error:
- This filter allows you to find products that have an error in their repricing process.
With cost:
- This filter allows you to find products that have a cost assigned to them.
Duplicate Walmart Item ID:
- This indicates that the item ID has been used for a different SKU in the past.
Unpublished on Channel:
- This filter will show you all SKUs that are currently unpublished on your marketplace channel/s connected to the software.
Published on Channel:
- This filter will show you all SKUs that are currently published on your marketplace channel/s connected to the software.
With Sales
- Filter for all SKUs with sales since syncing the item/s to Flashpricer
Sales Channels
- Use this filter to see products that are associated with a specific sales channel.
Strategies
- Use this filter to see products that are associated with a specific strategy.
Export
- Click the 3 vertical dots to export your products to a .CSV or to Bulk upload listings. Note that the filters you set will affect your export, so make sure that you select the desired filters. Alternatively, you can remove all filters to export all listings.
Now, let's dive into the different columns within the products table...
Listing
- The following elements can be found under the Product column:
- Image
- SKU
- Title
- Sales Channel item ID
- Copy widget - copies the SKU
- Open in new tab widget - links to the marketplace product page URL
- Pricing History widget - opens the pricing history chart
Strategy
- In this column, you will see the strategy associated with the product. Clicking into the strategy will allow you to change it for that specific product.
Cost/Min/Max
- This column includes your cost, min, and max. Editing anything within this column is considered a manual override. When you edit the cost, min, and max, it will be reflected in the platform where you're selling.
cost/min/max explained:
- If the cost/min/max is in bold, it means that all fields have been manual inputted.
- If the cost/min/max is light grey, then all fields have been automatically imported via an integration with Flashpricer.
Hover over the costs/min/max section to see a more detailed analysis...
MAP
- Set MAP for a particular SKU directly within the products table under the cost/min/max column. Simply click the MAP icon and then enter the MAP price.
Current price
- Hover over the current price to see a more detailed breakdown.
Edit Shipping Price
- To update the shipping price, simply click on the pencil icon and type in the new price to send it to the marketplace.
Edit Current Price (one time push)

Competition
- Hover over competition to get a more detailed competitor analysis.
Profit
- Hover over the profit to see a more detailed breakdown.
Sales (30d)
- The sales over the past 30 days. This includes the number of pieces sold and revenue.
Stock
- The current amount of inventory available for the selected SKU.
Created at
- The date and time that the product was created.
Repricing Error: Pending repricing has not been applied after 30 minutes.
- This error means that it has been 30 minutes since we tried to push the new price to the marketplace (in this example we are trying to push 99.38) and the marketplace hasn't yet accepted the price change.
