✅ What You Can Do with Notes

➕ Add Notes to an Item

To add a note:

1. Navigate to the Product Page.

2. Click the Notes icon on the item you'd like to comment on.

3. Write your note and click Add Note.

✏️ Update or Delete Notes

• To edit or delete a note, open the Notes modal for that listing, hover over the note, and choose Edit or Delete.

📤 Export Notes

• When you export listings via the Listings Export feature, any notes you've added will be included in the export file. Great for offline tracking or sharing with your team.

🚫 What You Can’t Do (Yet)

While Notes are useful, there are a few limitations to be aware of:

• You cannot filter products by whether they have notes or not.

• You cannot search for specific notes within the Product Page or within the Notes modal.
