How to create an upload in Flashpricer via CSV
Navigate to the Uploads Page within Flashpricer.
Click the down arrow on the right of the Download CSV Template button.
From here you have two options:
- Download CSV Template
- Generate CSV from my listings
1: Download CSV Template
The following fields can be found in the "Download CSV Template" template along with examples of how to fill out each field:
A few notes:
1. The Sku and Sales Channel ID are REQUIRED in order to upload into Flashpricer.
2. Strategy ID, Min Price, Max Price, MAP Price, Cost, and Repricing Enabled are optional and if they are not needed for bulk upload the column should be deleted.
3. Entering a Min Price, Max Price or Cost into the upload template is considered a manual override. This means that any manual or automatic settings that were previously set will be overridden.
4. To reverse a manual override, either upload a template and remove the data from the desired cells (leaving the field blank) or delete the data directly on the SKU level on the Products Page within Flashpricer under the cost/min/max column. Simply double click on the field you would like to delete and then click the backspace button on your keyboard.
*Sku
- Example: SKU-1
- Add the SKU/s that you are interested in bulk updating into this column
*Sales Channel ID
- Example: 123456
- The Sales Channel ID can be found on on the Sales Channels page under the "Account ID" column
Strategy ID
- Example: strategy_XYZ
- The Strategy ID can be found on the Strategies page below the strategy name in the "Name" column
Min Price
- Example: 15.99
- Adding a min price via upload is considered a manual override.
- If you are syncing costs via integration into Flashpricer, do not include this column unless you are interested in overriding the min price that was set within your strategy settings for that SKU.
Max Price
- Example: 10.43
- Adding a max price via upload is considered a manual override.
- If you are syncing costs via integration into Flashpricer, do not include this column unless you are interested in overriding the max price that was set within your strategy settings for that SKU.
MAP Price
- Example: 12.00
- Adding a MAP price via upload will override that value in the MAP field within the app.
- If you are syncing MAP prices via integration into Flashpricer, do not include this column unless you are interested in overriding the MAP price that is currently displayed in the app. (note that the next time we receive an update from the integration it will again be updated to that value)
Cost
- Example: 5.99
- Adding a cost price via upload is considered a manual override.
- If you are syncing costs via integration into Flashpricer, do not include this column unless you are interested in overriding your costs that the system is pulling in through the integration you configured.
Repricing enabled
- Example: yes
- Repricing is typically enabled on the SKU unless stated otherwise. If you would like to turn on/off a set of SKUs in bulk, enter the desired settings (either "yes" or "no") into this column.
Shipping price displayed to client
- Example: $1.50
- Adjust the shipping price that is displayed to the client by editing this field within the upload file.

-
In addition to costs, you can also integrate Min/Max prices using a "Hosted .CSV" or ".CSV via FTP."

- Calculated min/max will show up in Gray within the products table
- Cost integration prices will show up as Gray within the products table
Bulk Upload Listings from a CSV file
When you are ready to upload your file into Flashpricer, navigate back to the uploads page and look for the "Bulk Upload Listings from a CSV file" section. You have the option to either drag & drop your file directly into Flashpricer or you can click the "Upload .csv File" button to select the file you want to upload.
Once uploaded, Flashpricer will show you how we plan to map each field. Confirm that all fields are being mapped to the correct "CSV Column Name" and then click the button that says "Yes, column mapping is correct" when you are ready to upload your file.
If you need to make changes to any of the fields then click the "make changes to the mapping" button.
Click on the "x" next to a field to edit it...
...and then select the field you would like to assign to the specific CSV Column Name in the dropdown.
Once again, confirm that all fields are correct and then click "Yes, column mapping is correct" to complete the upload process.
If you need more information or have any other concerns about the uploads process, please contact our support team at success@flashpricer.com
